| Abstract: |
| Reasonable mineral processing flow sheet and regime of agent have been studied for the copper smelting slag in Yunnan. Compared the collector type, proportion and dosage effects, and ultimately determine the XT-53 with ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate composition as collectors, the ratio is 1:3, the consolidated dosage of 80 g/t. Under the conditions of the ore grinding fineness -74μm 90%, crude concentrate grinding fineness -45μm 85%, rougher tailing grinding fineness -45μm 80%. By adopting the technological flow sheet of stage grinding and stage cleaning, obtaining a gold grade of 8.00 g/t, recovery 67.12%; silver grade of 136.8 g/t, recovery 67.36%, copper grade of 25.20%, recovery is 87.82% concentrate. |
