| Abstract: |
| By using 5 m rotary kiln dried dehydrated after five cyclone nickel laterite processing sintering process, examine the sintering temperature, feed rate, the impact of coke and ore sintering time than nickel laterite ore sintering rate. In a small experiment to explore the conditions determined on the basis of the test conditions, the dehydrated powder sintered nickel laterite ore roasting test results obtained sintered optimization of process parameters are: to achieve optimum firing point firing rate of temperature 1030 ℃; feed rate 100 kg / h; coke ore than 5%; laterite nickel ore sintering rate of up to 85% relative, the results of this test indicate that the use of powdered nickel laterite rotary kiln sintering process is feasible on to powdered nickel laterite as raw material, the use of AC and DC electric arc furnace smelting ferronickel industry has great application value. |
