| Abstract: |
| It has important significance for the analysis of the flow characteristics of sand flow surging from tailings dam-break for safety control measures after the dam-break.This paper have analyzed how the different of sand volume concentration affect the velocity field with in the flow of tailings dam-break. Used the CFD software establish a three dimension geometry simulation model. Take Fluent3D software VOF calculate model simulate the flowing regular pattern and states of tailings sand、water multiphase flow .According to simulation results we can find out that tailing flow feature is accord with the results of experiment. The analysis results provide a theoretical basis and an important reference for tailing dam design and safety test. |
