Abstract:
The copper-lead-zinc ore belongs to complex refractory ores. Mineral copper, lead, zinc which are uneven in size have complex dissemination relation. Chalcopyrite, galena and Sphalerite are the primary recoverable minerals in it. The grade of copper, zinc and lead are 0.20 %, 0.78 % and 1.64 % respectively. We can understand the copper lead and zinc ore properties comprehensive through systemic process mineralogy study. The flowsheet is removal of iron by copper-lead bulk flotation, flotation of zinc from the copper-lead tailings is determined. the copper-lead concentrate containing copper 6.01 %, copper recovery 77.54 %. lead 21.26 %, lead recovery 88.85 %. zinc concentrate containing zinc 44.27 %, zinc recovery 74.75 %. and the copper-lead concentrate has been obtained gold and silver is 37.27 g/t and 1 539.50 g/t. which has successfully realized the comprehensive valuable element recovery of Cu, Pb, Zn, Au, Ag.
