| Abstract: |
| Filling quality is the warranty of safety mining and filling process is an inportant factor to filling quality. Considering existing problems of filling quality in Jinchuan mine, the investigation and analysis of the filling system and process were carried out. Firstly, the field survery of filling system, process and filling body quality were implemented; Then the relation between the filling process and filling quality is analyzed and the main factors to affect the filling quality is found and the effect law of filling process on filling quality is given. Finaly, the key technical measures to improve filling quality are presented. The results provide theoretical foundation for us to carry out technical reform and process optimization and improve filling quality. Meanwhile the results also privide a valuable experience for similar filling mines to ming design and technical reform. |
