Abstract:
      Studying the fluoride of reaction product from system of potash feldspar, fluosilicic acid and sulfuric acid by using a tubular reactor.These mixture reacted for 1 hour in tubular reactor,and the produt were placed in muffle for 1 hour to remove F. Then the X-ray diffraction and chemical titration were used to analyzed the existential form of fluoride and total fluoride in the powder sample.The result show that the total fluoride was the least when m(potash feldspar):m(fluosilicic acid):m(sulfuric acid) was around 1:3:2.5 or 1:2.5:3 and the temperatuer of reaction was 70℃.It favors the separate and recycle fluorine that is significant meaningful for fluorine recyling.
