Abstract:
Cyandie residue assumes high comprehensive recovery value as well due to the bearing of varieties of metals such as Au,Ag,Cu,etc..The paper mainly investigated the pelletizing-effecting factors, effects of roasting temperature、calcium chloride dosage and roasting time on volatilization rate.Test results showed that wet ball intensity can reach more than 10 times(fall from 0.5m) after damp milling, pelletizing time 30min and water content 26%.Under optimum process conditions as:roasting temperature 1100℃,calcium chloride 7%,roasting time 1h, volatilization rates of main valuable metals were: Au 98%, Ag 65%, Cu 90%.
