| Abstract: |
| In view of the high carbon polymetallic sulphide ore of lead zinc and silver is difficult to flotation; the large experiment study was done. The grade of Lead is 3.72%, the grade of Zinc is 8.34%, and the silver grade is 34.13g/t. Through the process exploration experiment, the decarbonization and selective flotation flowsheet of Pb-Zn was determined. The appropriate grinding fineness is -0.074mm 90% by the condition test experiment. The reagent systems of Lead were the ZnSO4 Na2SO3 dosage 2000g/t, the combined collector of ethyl thio carbamate and ammonium butyl aerofloat (80, 50) g/t. The reagent systems of Zinc were the copper sulfate dosage 800g/t, the butyl xanthate dosage 100g/t. Through the closed circuit process, the grade of Pb is 52.14% and the recovery is 88.54%, the associated silver grade is 368.50g/t and the recovery is 68.04% in the Lead concentrate. The grade of Zn is 60.23% and the recovery is 90.16% in the Zinc concentrate. |
