| Abstract: |
| In terms of the existed problem presented during process production in Copper-Lead-Zinc multi-metal concentrating mill, it is necessary to perform an experimental study about mixed flotation collectors of Copper-Lead mine and non-toxic reagent of high-efficiency separating Copper-Lead process. In high alkaline condition, we achieve targeted Copper-Lead separation by a kind of potent inhibitor named THB-2 in copper flotation which is shown as below: the grade of copper can be obtained 23.17% and the copper recovery reaches 85.03% and obtained 7.84% and the lead recovery reaches 19.60%. And grade of lead is 49.96%, the recovery can keep 71.00%, obtained silver 850.76g/t additionally. the grade of zinc can be obtained 53.19% and the zinc recovery reaches 86.33%. Therefore, the problem mentioned before is solved successfully. |
