| Abstract: |
| This paper describes the method to prepare the 99.9999% of the high-purity indium by combined with the electrolytic refining method and zone melting technique. Through experiments, it discusses the principle of the electrolytic refining, and analyzes the influence of the zone rate and the zone times on the indium purification. Experiments show : 99.999% of the high purity indium can be made from the crude indium by the electrolytic refining method, and then can be obtained more than 99.9999% of the high purity indium through the zone melting technique, which rate is 20mm/h and which melting number is 8 times. |
