| Abstract: |
| A intelligent control method based on OMRON PLC and man-machine interface was proposed, according to the characteristics of the sand conveyance device for factory fracturing. The control strategy of intelligent control and the program of fuzzy controller were described. The mathematical model of sand conveyance device and the calculation formula of motor were analyzed. The automatic process of sand conveyance were achieved by PLC、industrial personal computer、detecting sensors and etc. The hardware and software design was discussed. The production results show that the intelligent control system has the following features: the high precision、stable working、well performance. The system meets the requirements of sand quantity control and realizes the automatic process of sand conveyance. |
