Abstract:
      With BK425 as a demagging collector and with BK432 as a dealuminizing collector of reverse flotation,reduction impurity study of double reverse flotation on a high magnesium and alumina collophanite in guizhou province. The tests results show that by the flowsheet of demagging in strong acidity condition by reverse flotation –dealuminizing in nearly neutral condition by reverse flotation,such phosphate concentrate can be gotton with P2O5 grade 33.97%、Al2O3 Fe2O3 grade 2.23%、MgO grade 0.73% and P2O5 recovery 73.71%. BK432 has strong collecting ability and froth formed in dealuminizing is fragile and easy defoaming,and which supply good conditions for the closed –circuit flowsheet of dealuminizing by reverse flotation.
