Abstract: |
To maximize the enrichment of silver in lead concentrates, we adopt preferential flotation technique in which we first choose lead and silver and then zinc. We focus on roughing collectors and depressants while conducting experiment of lead and silver flotation. The experiment shows that sodium diethyldithiocarbamate and butylamine aerofloat combined collector as well as zinc sulfate and sodium sulfite combined depressant could produce relatively good result. Closed circuit test could obtain selective index of lead concentrate which contains 68.14% of lead, 94.21% recovery rate of lead, 4407.55 g/of silver, and 91.29% recovery rate of silver. In addition, the closed circuit test could also obtain selective index of zinc concentrate which contains 56.32% of zinc and 85.62% recovery rate of zinc. |
