| Abstract: |
| The backfilling deepcone thickening system is an important part of the paste preparation.Due to the deep cone thickener is complicated in structure and working principle, itsoperation condition is not stable which frequently result in system halted.Analyses the deep cone thickening system from the perspective of system reliability and establishes fault tree model of deep cone thickening system.Rank the importance degree of each subsystem structure to find the dominant sector:pipe plugging caused by excessive concentration,and calculates its probability is 0.025.Through the experimental study, optimizethe deep cone bottom flow parameters.The regression analysis was conducted for the flow index, through the study of mortar liquidity, and getting the whole tailings slurry critical concentration is 69%, which provides a theoretical basis for field failure prediction and system optimization. |
