| Abstract: |
| A new kind of large tank with U type of sand vehicle which used in hydraulic fracture is studied in this paper. The three-dimensional finite element model of the sand tank was established firstly, then the characteristics of the tank such as static strength and vibrating modal are studied. The strength weak point is found based on the bending stress distribution characteristics analysis, and the improving measures is also put forward. Not only the vibrating modal characteristics of the tank is obtained in detail, but also the effect of external vibrating source such as road and engine on the tank are also analyzed. The comparison results show that the tank has fine characteristics of anti-external excitation. The research method in this paper has directive value to develop large sand vehicle. |
