Abstract:
      For the failure problem of cycle kill and choke channel caused by overflow during the drilling operation of oil and gas wells, Designed a drill pipe with pressure opening device which can open hole of drilling pipe under pressure, and this equipment set up a new cycle kill and choke channel. This paper mainly introduced the technology implementation process of the drill pipe with pressure opening device and the design of the sealing system, the transmission structure of this device. And the reciprocating seal system are simulated by use of the ABAQUS simulation software, the simulation results show that the J type of seals which is between reciprocating tool rod and the fixed cutter bar can meet the performance requirements of dynamic seal. In order to verify the rationality of the structure, the prototype was manufactured and the bench test has been made. The continuous improvement and further experiments of the prototype structure have been done according to the the problem with the feedback. The experimental results show that the device structure design scheme is feasible.
