Abstract:
      When the screening equipment of the production line is producing, there are a large number of materials which particle size is suitable can’t get through the screen cloth in time. Then these materials will be shattered repeatedly to make a lot of materials which particle size is smaller than 0.038mm, therefore the quality of the products is influenced. To solve this problem, the study of the structure and operating principle of circular vibratory screener is done. A new and high-efficient circular vibratory screener is designed, base on the structure of ordinary circular vibratory screener. The work ability of new circular vibratory screener is tested by experiments. The experiment results show that the percent of smaller particle size material on the screen surface of new circular vibratory screener is over 30% lower, and the screening efficiency of the new one is better than the ordinary one.
