| Abstract: |
| Base on the influence factors research of pressure leaching for copper-zinc sulphide concentrate, the optimal conditions were established as follows: pressure 0.8MPa, leaching time 3h, grinding time 20min, initial sulfuric acid 150g/L, ratio of liquid to solid 6:1, leaching temperature 150℃, agitation speed of 600r/min, sodium lignosulfonate 0.5%. In the optimal conditions, the leaching percentages of zinc copper and iron were 99.45%, 94.23%, 64.57%, slag rate 45.53%, sulfur conversion rate 68.33%, gold and silver were enriched in slag. The enrichment and recovery of valuable metal have better effect. |
