| Abstract: |
| According to the component characteristics of the scrap copper anode slime of a smelting plant in Guangxi province,programs developed a main process about recovery precious metals by the oxidizing roasting, sulfuric acid leaching, electric furnace smelting, lead-tin alloy electrolysis, treatment the soldering tin anode slime route on the early. This paper mainly studies select leaching slag reduce non-ferrous slag system in electric furnace, analyze the type of slag is 57%SiO2 -21?O-14% Al2O3- 8%Na2O.The melting point of electric furnace slag is 1197℃, conductivity is 0.0408Ω-1.㎝-1 at 1300℃, the electrical viscosity is 3.577 Pa.S, the slag properties meet smelting operation of mineral hot furnace. |
