| Abstract: |
| Through single factor experiments, the effects of roasting temperature, mass ratio of ammonium sulfate to ore, material particle size, and roasting time on the extracting rate of titanium slag were investigated. The results of orthogonal experiments showed that the sequence of each factor affecting the extraction ratio of titania is roasting temperature﹥roasting time﹥mass ratio of ammonium sulfate to ore. The optimum technological conditions are obtained as mass ratio of ammonium sulfate to ore of 5:1, roasting temperature of 470℃, roasting time of 80min and material particle size of 45~49μm. The extraction ratio of TiO2 is about 80% under the optimum conditions. |
