Abstract: |
Magnetic circuit of injection mould was obtained by MAXWELL 2D simulation technology, and the mould was manufactured according to the prioritization scheme. It showed that the experimental result of injection molded magnetic rings was fit to the simulated schemes of homogenous surface magnetic field. The magnetic rings with surface field of 78mT (double surface) were fabricated with appropriate powder content and current. |
