Abstract:
The copper-silver polymetallic ore in Fujian was a kind of refractory inter-grown cooper-silver-lead-zinc complex ore.The samples were prepared by HPGR final grinding system in this paper. The process flowsheet was bulk flotation of copper and silver by one roughing, one cleaning and one scavenging and bulk concentrate of copper was obtained, which was dealt with copper-silver separation by one roughing, five cleaning and one scavenging with regrinding of rough concentrate. Through the optimization of process flowsheet and reagent regime, the copper concentrate containing 19.42% Cu and 4456.00 g/t Ag with copper recovery of 53.91% and silver recovery of 32.99% was obtained, while silver concentrate contain 1.76% Cu and 992.85 g/t Ag with copper recovery of 40.74% and silver recovery of 61.30%.Effective separation of copper and silver was achieved.
