Abstract:
      The influence of pH value, dispersant type and dosage on the dispersion stability of SiC abrasive suspension was studied by using Zeta potential on SiC surface. The results show that the pH value, the type and amount of dispersant have significant effect on the dispersion stability of SiC abrasive suspension system. When pH=9, and the addition amount of dispersant was 0.40%,the absolute value of potential of SiC surface was the maximum, and the dispersion stability of the suspension system of SiC was the best.
