| Abstract: |
| It is showed that an andalusite ore in Xin Jiang is a refractory hydrothermal type altered rock by mineralogy study. The combined process of gravity separation(shaking table) - reverse flotation- direct flotation- magnetic separation was adopted. The suitable test process and flotation reagent system were determined through a series of conditional tests and open-circuit tests. The final andalusite concentrate containing 53.25% Al2O3 was obtained by the the combined , and the recovery of Al2O3 and andalusite were 30.21% and 50.09% respectively. |
