Abstract:
      There is a problem that Cyanide waste water treatment cost is high at enterprises, a new type of efficient acidification-blowing off-absorption equipment was designed to solve it, with a large number of trials. Result shows: the optimum technological condition, pH 2.5, 30 min time, temperature 30 ℃ above, waste water circulation flow 1 m3/h, air volume of 900 m3/h, absorbing liquid 20% NaOH concentration, temperature 10 ℃, The removing rate of HCN is above 99%, the absorption rate is more than 96%, acidification residual liquid CN- < 3.5 mg/L, with a much lower concentration and shorten operation time. The residual liquid waste liquid after using SO2 / Air deep oxidation of CN- < 0.1 mg/L, to meet the emissions and recycling standards. Complete sets of equipment with less investment, high efficiency, low production cost, simple operation, can provide greater convenience for gold production enterprises.
