Abstract:
The method for determinationof iron content in lithium nickel manganese cobalt by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was studied. The metallic iron inlithium nickel manganese cobaltwere enriched bya magnetic bar, and digestedin hydrochloric acid. The optimal instrument workingconditions and mass numbers for iron element analysis were selected. The effects of lithium nickel manganese cobalt matrix on the determination were tested. The test results are accurate and reliable. The recoveries of the iron elements were 98.9%-104.1%.
