| Abstract: |
| Arsenic-bearing gold ores was preheated by circulating fluid bed(CFB) roaster, while arsenic and sulfur of gold ores was fixed in calcine. The result shown that the S stabilization efficiency was 75.5% and As stabilization efficiency was 95.3%, while the low-sulfur gold concentrate roasting at 650℃, while adding CaO to concentrate with ω(CaO/Concentrate)=0.12 during the concentrate roasting, which was reactin stoichiometric point of As and S with CaO. At the same time, the whole gold ore of much basic gangue roasting at 700℃, the S stabilization efficiency was 59.4% and As stabilization efficiency was 95.3%. The corresponding caline was leached by sodium cyanide, the high extraction efficiency of Au was obtained simultaneously. The As and S stabilization reaction was strengthened by CFB roasting, which the cleaner production of concentrate and whole gold ore roasting was realized preferably. |
