| Abstract: |
| The result minerals from the mixed copper ore mainly contain chalcocites and malachites. The grade of Cu taken from mixed copper ore is 0.77%, Ag8.2g/t. The oxidation rate of the copper oxide is 16.88%, and the mixed copper ore is a low grade. According to the characteristics of the ore, the experiment is carried on, including the copper sulfide selective flotation firstly, then the copper sulfide and the copper oxide bulk flotation. By combining the advantages of selective flotation with those of bulk flotation, the technical flowsheet of the closed-circuit tests is twice roughing and once scavenging. A copper concentrate containing Cu 22.62% with recovery rate of 86.78%, including Ag 225.81g/t can be finally obtained. The technological process is simple and easy to realize commercial production. |
