| Abstract: |
| Kangba Copper-gold-silver mine containing Au1.40g/t, Ag55.2g/t, Cu0.46%. The nature of the ore is very complicated, which is a refractory oxide ore. In order to comprehensive recover valuable metals, this paper carried out beneficiation test. On the basis of process mineralogy research, experiment is using flotation process, and can obtain gold concentrates and copper concentrates. the test examines the effects of grinding fineness, reagent system and process structure for flotation indicators, and ultimately get the gold concentrate containing gold 79.86g/t, silver3114.07g/t, Cu6.03%; copper concentrate containing Cu 35.49%, gold12.31g/t, silver553.88g/t. The total recovery of gold, silver and copper is 81.66%, 58.60% and 64.82%, respectively, the test gets a good sorting index and achieve the purpose of comprehensive recovery. It can provide reference for similar ore to efficient sorting. |
