Abstract:
      Zinc oxide (ZnO) is an excellent semiconductor material, and one dimensional nanostructure ZnO has caused the researchers" high attention and deep research because of its great application prospect. This paper summarizes and analyzes three kinds of preparation methods and their growth mechanism for one dimensional nanostructure ZnO, such as gas phase, liquid phase, solid phase. The three kind of growth mechanism and the research situation are also analyzed deeply for the gas phase preparation method. These provide the fundamental research to achieve controlled preparation of one dimensional nanostructure ZnO, and have certain theory directive significance to research progress of preparing one dimensional nanostructure ZnO.
