Abstract:
      The method was used to prepare the Al2O3 from fly ash by ammonium sulfate roasting process. Through single factor experiments, the effects of roasting time, roasting temperature and mass ratio of ammonium sulfate to fly ash on the extraction rate of Al2O3 were investigated. The results of orthogonal experiments showed that the sequence of each factor affecting the extraction ratio of Al2O3 was roasting time>roasting temperature>mass ratio of ammonium sulfate-to-fly ash. The optimal technological conditions were obtained as mass ratio of ammonium sulfate-to-fly ash of 9:1, roasting temperature of 550℃, roasting time of 60min. The extraction rate of Al2O3 can reach 81% under the optimum conditions.
