Abstract:
      The article introduces the composition and function of automatic system of cathode pre stripping. Laying special stress on stripping process after the small chisel blade entered zinc by means of establishing mechanical model. Then, analyzing the rules of driving force changing with the tool angle based on Simulink. At last, the result of emulation has been validated, and the next step research plan has been put forward.
