| Abstract: |
| Oil fracturing proppant was used for supporting the bolt during oil drilling process which was solid particle with certain intensity, support rock can make the cracks keeping open from beginning to end, at the same time it has been advantage to letting the oil flowing from stratum. In this paper, by using low grade bauxite which produced in certain area of Yunnan province as raw material prepare, by investigating the iron content of raw materials, sintering temperature, and the influence between Volume density and broken rate from different heating rate. The results show that: only the iron content in raw materials is less than 6% can acquire the oil fracturing proppant which achieve the oil industry standards. And the best sintering temperature is from 1380℃ to 1420℃, heating system for drying time is 2h, heating rate is 400℃/h(3.5h) and the best holding time is 2h. |
