| Abstract: |
| The pelletizing of oil fracturing proppant was studied in this paper when monohydrallite with high iron content was used as raw materials. The best process conditions which were measured by the high pelletizing ratio and low breakage ratio were obtained by studying the water content, time,Srotary speedsSofSdisc,Sadding contents of bentonite clay and so on. It found that the best process conditions were shown as follows: water content was 12%, pelletizing time was 8h, rotary speeds of disc was 40r/min, adding contents of bentonite clay was 3%, and particles size of raw materials wasSsatisfiedSwith d97=0.038mm. This study provided technical support for the preparation of oil fracturing proppant using monohydrallite with high iron content. |
