| Abstract: |
| In this paper, nanostructured manganese dioxides can be prepared from the low grade manganese oxide ores. The low grade manganese oxide ores was first reduced to be MnO by the biomass, and the reduced manganese oxide ores was leached by 1mol/L sulfuric acid solution. The MnSO4 solution can be obtained by filtering insoluble residue. Nanostructured manganese dioxides can be prepared by adding oxidant to into MnSO4 solution. The results show that the manganese dioxide particles with honeycomb structure on the surface can be synthesized under the optimal experimental conditions: the solution content of KMnO4 and MnSO4 is 0.1mol/L and 0.5mol/L, mole ratio of KMnO4 and MnSO4 is 2:3, the reaction temperature is 80℃,reaction time is 3h, the pH of MnSO4 solution is 6-7. |
