| Abstract: |
| Process mineralogy research and mineral processing experiment research have been carried out for the ores from a certain molybdenum deposit in ShanXi province. Main of metal mineral to be recovered is molybdenite . And Mo mineral have a relativey coarse dissemination size , and do no not have much paragenetic ralationship with other metal mineral. The experimental results show that raw ore is ground to the fineness of 65% -0.074mm based on the mineral embedded characteristics. Using self-developed collector APIV,molybdenum-copper bulk flotation tests(two roughing and one scavenging) were carried out for the raw ore with a molybdenum grade of 0.09% .Then Mo-Cu bulk concentrate was reground to the finenesss of 90% -45μm.Using sodium silicate and sodium sulfide as adjusting agent, qualified molybdenum concentrate was obtained after eight Mo-Cu separation cleaning flotation. In closed-circuit process tests, the grade of molybdenum concentrate was 48%,and Mo recovery was 90.04%. |
