Abstract:
As smelting-acid leaching process to treat high-content arsenic containing copper smelting dust made low recovery of valuable metals and acid-leaching process to treat high-content arsenic containing copper smelting dust made large amounts of arsenic-iron slag and arsenide, arsenic volatile sulfide in low temperature was studied experimentally. Arsenic which was recycled as arsenic trioxide was separated from other valuable metals selectively. Calcine was treated by acid pressure leaching. In3 in leaching liquor was made to sponge indium by extraction-reversed extraction-displacing process. Cu2 in leaching liquor was made to sponge copper by displacing using zinc powder as displacer. Zn2 in leaching liquor was made to zinc sulphate by concentrating. Tin, bismuth and lead are recycled in slag as lead metallurgy material.
