| Abstract: |
| Hot water washing is widely used in oilfields for oil spill cleaning, but problems remain, such as low flotation efficiency and high solid content in froth. Aimed at solving the problem, this paper presents an extraction process and structural principle of the key equipment having a capacity of 50 kg per batch. Test result shows that both flotation efficiency and froth quality as well as recovered oil quality were improved, froth oil content reached 74.1%. It provides a theoretical support for engineering large scale oil spill cleaning production lines. |
