| Abstract: |
| Gas solid mixing device is an important part of uniform mixing of pneumatic conveying system, the gas solid two phase flow numerical model is established, and the internal flow field simulation is carried out by Fluent. The gas solid flow in the gas solid mixing device is revealed, then the phenomenon of swirling flow is found, and the improvement measures are put forward. The simulation and comparison of the different angles of the tube and the feed angle are simulated, and the structure optimization of the gas solid mixing device is accomplished. The results show that the gas solid mixing device with 300 tube and 600 feed angle has excellent transport properties, and the structure size is used as an optimal structure parameter. |
