| Abstract: |
| In this paper, alunite calcine, as the raw materials, accomplished the selective leaching of potassium and aluminum through water leaching, The leaching rate of potassium oxide reached 86% in hydro-leaching process, when the temperature was 20?C, reaction time was 60min, and liquid-to-solid ratio was 2:1. The XRD and SEM results showed the unleached potassium oxide entered into leaching residue as a similar form of illite and almost all alumina entered into leaching residue. the potassium sulfate product could be got from leach liquor through evaporating crystallization and met the standard of agricultural potassium sulfate. |
