| Abstract: |
| With steel slag and FGD gypsum as main raw material, mixed appropriate amount slag and compound addition a little of activator, we made up of clinker-free cement. The experimental results show that the clinker-free cement reached the requirement of 42.5 grade cement technology. Discusses the slag dosage, activator mixed ratio and the desulfurization gypsum admixture on the effect of clinker-free cement strength and stability, as well as the impact of different grinding methods on the mechanical properties of steel slag clinker-free cement, by microscopic analysis to further explore the structure and composition of hydration products. The X-ray, SEM were used to investigate the microcosmic mechanism of clinker-free cement. |
