| Abstract: |
| This paper studied the ore body is gently inclined unstable thick orebody, utilized sill pillar sublevel caving with flexible artificial roof extracting P42 ~ P46 lines orebody, in some degree, solved the poor safety, low recovery rate, high dilution rate and other issues. But this method requires drawing parallel with multi segments ore, difficult to manage drawing, and height of drawing decreased to a certain degree, the flexible artificial roof will crack, there will be some red mud layer mixed ore. So which need to lay a reinforced flexible artificial roof cutting the top, but this method include mining?technology complex, huge cutting and mining engineering quantities, long production period, high cost of mining. In order to solve these problems, through industrial test, testing stope structure, oreblock arrangement, mining technology and other parameters using sublevel open stoping combined with caving mining method to extract the orebody, experimental results show that the combined method can effectively solve drawing manage difficulty, high cost of mining. |
