| Abstract: |
| This paper uses bottom ashes of solid waste, fly ash, slag and FGD gypsum as the main raw materials adding a small amount of compound activator to prepare cementitious materials with no clinker whose mechanical properties meets the requirements 32.5 portland cement. Test the potential activities of solid wastes, select proper activator for tentative choice, and test the effect of those materials on strength properties with two sets of orthogonal tests, so as to preliminarily determine the mixture ratio. The final mixture ratio was determined according to the physical and mechanical properties. Durability and environmental safety of clinker-free cementitious material under the final mixture ratio were further studied. |
