| Abstract: |
| The Au, Ag and other valuable metals in gold-containing filtrate were recovered by Lime neutralization, Sulfide precipitation and Iron replacement method. The exploration research results indicate that Lime neutralization and Sulfide precipitation method were not applicable for recovery from gold-containing filtrate, because of heavy precipitate and the low-grade of metals in precipitate in neutralization process, and a lot of sodium sulfide consumed and H2S produced in Sulfide precipitation process. The gold-containing filtrate is treated by iron replacement method. When the iron addition was 7 kg/m3, the contents of Au, Ag and Cu in cementation produced in iron replacement process were 370.8 g/t, 4230.5 g/t and 25%, respectively. Therefore the process could be used for recovering Au, Ag and other metals from gold-containing filtrate. |
