Abstract:
      Mining and metallurgy on-line analytical instrument belongs to process analysis instrument which are used in mining and metallurgy production process or other related industrial field. The equipment should have the ability of real-time analysis and continuous stable operation. Due to the rapid and accurate analysis of the industrial control and adjustment, the electromagnetic compatibility of the equipment needs to meet higher requirements. This paper based on electromagnetic performance of the control unit of mining and metallurgy on-line analytical instrument, analyze possible interference source and coupling path, research on the sensitive parts, then presents different electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) design method for the DC power supply, IO signal port and communication terminal (RS232, RS485, RJ45 Ethernet port). Meanwhile analyze the working principle and advantages. At last makes relevant EMC experiments to prove the effectiveness of the method. This paper provides a reference for the study of electromagnetic reliability of on-line analytical instrument.
