Abstract:
      (1.Faculty of Civil Engineering and Mechanics, Kunming University of Science and Technology, Kunming, Yunnan 650500; 2.Faculty of Civil Engineering and Mechanics, Yunnan Agriculural University, Kunming, Yunnan 650201):Galale copper deposit is a skarn deposit which related to intermediate-acid intrusive rocks in late Yanshanian magmatic epoch. This copper deposit has characterized by complicated mineralization type, complicated ore structure-construction and great variation of mineral granularity. Through the research of ore composition, occurrence characteristic, chemical composition of raw ore and phase, the fineness of grinding ore has being -0.074mm(70%) based on the optimization experiments of flotation process conditions. In addition, the Na2O3 being 500g/t, the gangue inhibitor – sodium hexametaphosphate being 400g/t, the activator-sodium sulfide, and the collectors of lsoamyl xanthate and ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate being 80g/t and 40g/t. According to the magnetically strength experiments of wet magnetic-separator, we concluded that the magnetic field strength of rough separation being 1060 oersted. The result showed that the copper grade of copper-bearing gold concentrate being 18.10%, and the sulphur concentrate assaying 82.4%.
