Abstract:
This article introduces the original grinding classification process in a tin-copper sulfide ore concentrator is difficult to adapt to the new production requirement, with the increase of production scale and the change of ore properties. The production practice shows that, the rod mill grinding technology efficiency(-0.074 mm) increased by 10%; 1#、2# hydrocyclone classification efficiency(-0.074 mm) increased by 10.54% and 13.28% respectively, the unqualified coarse fraction( 0.2mm) contents in selected material decreased by 2.69%, the over grinding(-0.019 mm) contents reduced by 8.08%, the easy choosed fraction(-0.2 0.037 mm) increased by 6.91%, by the reform of the grinding classification process and the optimization of hydrocyclone structural parameters. The grain size composition of the selected products is obviously improved, the efficiency of the equipment is increased, achieves the effect of increase grinding quality and efficiency
