Abstract:
      In this paper,a oxygen after sulfur flotation technique was proposed to deal with a oxide copper ore in Yangla,Yunnan province,then the comparison tests were conducted by adopting two kinds of sulfurizing reagents of new type of sulfurizing reagent ZY and traditional sulfurizing reagen sodium sulfide. The results show that the new sulfurizing reagent dosage of ZY only 3/8 of the dosage of sodium sulfide obtain basic same copper oxide minerals flotation indexes.The new sulfurizing reagen ZY can completely replace the traditional sodium sulfide,every tons of ore processing can save sulfurizing reagen 2270 g, and can save costs 5.36 yuan. The economic benefit is remarkable, novel.The technology has a good guidance and reference value to the similar copper oxide mines in China.
