| Abstract: |
| The hydrometallurgy process of Copper Selective Removal –Cyaniding Extraction of gold and silver was used to comprehensivly recover the valuable metals from gold and silver bearing pyrite cinders. In this paper, the experimental study for the copper selective removal was focused. And the optimal conditions of selective copper removal were determined, which the added sulfuric acid content was 60 kg/t-slag, the grind particle size -0.045 mm accounted for 80%, the leaching temperature was 80 ℃, the leaching time was 2 h, the leaching pulp concentration was 40%. With these conditions, Cu and Zn leaching rate were 84.36% and 62.28% respectively, Fe leaching rate was only 2.79%, and Au, Ag, etc elements were not leached, the process achieved good selective copper removal effect, Take the copper removed slag to leach by cyanide, the leaching rates of Au and Ag were 85.61% and 69.91% respectively , the iron concentrate got was containing 64.16% Fe and other metals impurity content were low, the valuable metals in the pyrite cinders were obtained effective comprehensive utilization. And this study effectively solved the problem of low leaching rates of Au, Ag in pyrite cinders and high content of impure metals in iron concentrate with traditional cyanide leaching process. |
