| Abstract: |
| Shouqin 2# casting machine is the very important equipment in steel-making production line and the working situation have the direct bearing on the qualification of billet steel. Aims at the 2# casting machine leaks much water in working procedure, this article made a systematic analysis on segment structure and other factors that could lead to leak water and finally solved thoroughly the problem by reconstructing the segment roll system. And this way offers a valuable experience for research and manage the same problem in the future. |
